Methodology
- Counts come from the completed 2026-10 Hiring Index edition, using its last available snapshot on 2026-10-31. It is not necessarily a calendar month-end observation.
- Only published records marked open, with a primary job country of Slovakia or Czechia, enter these country counts. Companies are distinct within each country and may overlap across countries.
- Salary availability means the published
has_salaryflag, derived from a positive numeric salary bound. Currency or period can still be missing. We count records and do not infer or compare pay amounts. - This observational dataset is not a representative national survey. Extraction, coverage and composition affect the shares. Missing data does not establish missing disclosure or legal noncompliance.
- This report makes no month-on-month hiring or salary trend claim. Growth in Evolc coverage is not growth in the labour market.
- Numbers are calculated from the frozen dataset. An editorial model cannot change them.
