Salary information in Evolc’s Slovak and Czech job index
2,486 of 16,470 tracked open roles had a numeric salary field in Evolc’s index: 15.1% across the two country samples.
What this measures: salary information captured in Evolc’s structured job records. A missing field can reflect extraction gaps, a different source format or an ad without a salary. These figures do not measure how often employers disclose pay in their original ads.
The country samples
| Country | Open roles | Companies | With salary data | Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Slovakia | 1,489 | 518 | 490 | 32.9% |
| Czechia | 14,981 | 3,724 | 1,996 | 13.3% |

What candidates can use
Salary fields make it possible to filter opportunities before opening every employer’s posting. Candidates should confirm the amount, currency, pay period, contract type and any conditions on the employer’s own page.

For a smaller starting point, we checked six employer pages and put together two dated career guides:
Methodology and limitations
- The aggregate is the 2026-10-23 daily snapshot of published jobs marked open in Evolc. Country membership uses the posting’s primary country. The table counts job records, not hires, vacancies filled or all jobs in either country.
- A role counts as having salary data when the published record’s
has_salaryflag is set. That flag is derived from numeric salary bounds; it does not require a complete currency or pay-period field. We count records and do not estimate or compare salary amounts. - Employers are counted by distinct company ID within each country. Some organisations and roles are not covered by Evolc; crawler and ATS coverage, industry mix and extraction quality differ between countries.
- The sample is observational and is not weighted to represent the national labour market. The difference between country percentages does not establish a difference in employer transparency, legal compliance or candidate pay.
- This is a frozen point-in-time release, not a month-end edition or a trend. The live Hiring Index and search results can change after publication. A role marked open can close later.
- Six employer pages supporting the career guides were checked on the publication day. Those checks support the examples only; they are not a statistical audit of salary extraction across the index.
