Find customers through their hiring plans
Have your agent find relevant accounts, check the hiring evidence and draft useful openings. Review the shortlist and choose who to contact. Worked through on Doctolib’s live adverts.

Give your AI assistant your website and the problem you solve. Ask it to find companies with relevant hiring signals, check the source adverts and return a shortlist with a draft opening for each. Your job is to review the fit and decide who is worth contacting.
1. Choose a clue that fits what you sell
The wording inside the advert matters more than the title. Doctolib, the Paris healthcare software company whose adverts name France, Germany and Italy as its main markets, shows how much one company’s adverts can tell three very different sellers. All three roles were open on 1 November 2026.
A process being rebuilt
A nine-month Localization Operations Manager will audit translation for “our three main markets”, rethink machine and AI translation, and “define a vendor and tooling strategy”.
A launch to prepare for
The Team Lead Sales Enablement advert calls the all-in-one practice software “the biggest product launch in its German history”. New sellers should reach full productivity within six months.
A tool under strain
Even an internship says something: the Salesforce support intern in Nantes will handle user tickets, data quality and dashboards for sales, marketing and operations teams in France, Germany and Italy.
Each advert names a responsibility, a deadline or a tool. That gives you something specific to respond to, which a headcount figure or a funding headline cannot.
2. Work through one account
3. Write a message the recipient can answer
Here’s an opening for the Doctolib example. Adapt the offer to work you can actually deliver, and send it to the person who owns the work, not to the recruiter.
Example opening — adapt before sending
Prompt or example to use with your assistant
Hi [name], Your Localization Operations Manager advert mentions deciding where human review fits into machine and AI translation. We review medical content in German, French and Italian against client glossaries. Would a short comparison on a sample of your Italian patient-facing text help the audit, or is the vendor review further along? [Your name]
“Your translations must be inconsistent” would be a guess, and an insulting one. Quoting the responsibility and asking where the work stands gives the person room to explain what they need. The same approach works for the other two adverts: a sales trainer can ask how new sellers learn the all-in-one product today; a Salesforce consultant can ask which dashboards the three countries rely on most.
4. Let your agent build the shortlist
Connect your assistant using the Evolc MCP playbook. The tools can search signals, retrieve company profiles and check a list of existing accounts. Give it this task:
Research the accounts and draft the openings
Prompt or example to use with your assistant
We help [type of company] with [specific problem]. Our website is [URL]. Use Evolc to find 5 companies with recent hiring activity relevant to our service. Read the original adverts if browsing is available. For each, return: company and domain, the relevant responsibility, evidence URL and date, why we fit, and a short opening question. Keep facts separate from your interpretation. Drop weak matches and explain why. Draft messages; do not send them. If I provide an existing account list, match by domain and avoid duplicate accounts. Prepare the approved results for my CRM using its actual fields. If no CRM connector is available, create an import file instead of asking me to retype the research.
Evolc’s MCP tools read company data. Writing to your CRM requires a separate CRM connection in your assistant; the prompt does not create that integration. Review the proposed records and messages before using them.
Before sending, reopen the original vacancy, check the company name and read your message aloud. Remove any claim about their budget or internal problems that you cannot support. A relevant reply teaches you what to look for next; no reply doesn’t tell you whether the need exists.
Try it now: use your website to find potential customers, pick three matches and look for a relevant live vacancy. Explore Evolc Signals for more leads, or use the sales playbook to repeat the research with an AI agent.
